Pre-existing medical conditions - Gold/Diamond policies
There is full cover if you have an on-going medical condition, including asthma or diabetes, and your condition and dosage levels are normally stable and well controlled and you have not required treatment or surgery within the last 6 months. If this is the case then you do not need to call the medical pre-screening service. Otherwise, for Gold and Diamond policies you need to call the Medical prescreening service on 0845 055 9923, quoting reference Navigator Travel and they will advise what effect, if any, your condition would have on cover. They will give you a Medical Reference number to quote when ordering your policy.
Budget Policies
There is no Medical Pre-screening service for Budget policies and the
conditions relating to pre-existing medical conditions are different to
those on Gold/Diamond policies. Please read the Budget policy wording
document carefully if you have a pre-existing condition. Silver Policies Pre-existing medical conditions, including asthma and diabetes, are not
covered on Silver policies, unless accepted by Medical Screening
