Pre-existing medical conditions

There is full cover if you have certain on-going medical conditions, including asthma or diabetes, and your condition and dosage levels are normally stable and well controlled and you have not required treatment or surgery within the last 12 months. If this is the case then you do not need to call the medical pre-screening service. More serious or recent pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered on these policies, unless accepted by Webroker Healthcheck Medical Screening on 0845 003 5244.

They will give you a Medical Reference number to quote when ordering your policy. If in any doubt, it is safer to call the number and check.
