The Silver and Gold policies are similar in many ways, but the Gold policy has higher levels of cover and lower excesses. Silver policy has more basic cover for Baggage and Personal Effects than the Gold policy. Select Gold quote option if you need a higher overall baggage limit, or higher Single Item and Valuables limits.

Navigator Travel’s travel insurance policies fall into two main categories; the Silver Policy and Gold Policy. One of these two policies will suit your travel insurance requirements and cover the necessary items for your holiday. To decide which policy is most suitable for you, pick which type of the traveller you are from the options below and then drill down into which level of cover you need:

Our Silver Navigator policy is a more basic option which provides excellent value for travellers who are going on a shorter trip. For a budget traveller or family going on holiday with minimal insurance needs this is the policy for you.
Both Silver and Gold policies are broken down into 3 different formats; Leisure, Action and Action Plus. These policies are suited to sports and adventure travellers and provide cover for hazardous activities to varying degrees. Which of the three policies is for you totally depends on how extreme the sports you are taking part in are and how comprehensive the cover needs to be. If it is just a bit of climbing or canoeing then the Leisure will be more than sufficient. However, if you plan on Hang Gliding, Kick Boxing or Solo Sky Diving then you’ll need to get the more comprehensive Action or Action Plus policy.
