Privacy Statement
Any information about you is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect is limited to details required to issue your policy and advise of any matters relating to your cover, we also collect your IP address, e-mail address, phone number, postal address, and credit card details via a secure server. We never use this information for future mailing and we do not pass this information on to third parties for any purpose whatsoever, except in the case of an emergency or if we are legally obliged to do so. We do not use third parties to collect information about you. We use tracking technology to monitor visitors to our site and to help us improve design and layout plus our shopping cart uses cookies to identify the status of any order. Right to Cancel
In line with our cooling off period you have the right to cancel without reason within 7 days of the insurance being initiated. After this period, premiums are non-refundable. To cancel you must notify
Richard Would that you will be returning your policy by sending an e-mail to rwould@navigatortravel.co.uk or by faxing to 0161 973 6418 within 7 days of your insurance being initiated, the cost of return postage must be paid by you.

Statutory Rights
By entering into a contract of insurance, you will take on certain obligations and grant certain powers to the insurer. Nothing contained in this contract affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment
We accept Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, cheque, or money order. We use a secure server to protect your credit card details but we also offer the option to order by fax, phone, or by post.

Security
Payment security is ensured by the use of a secure server. We use the services of securesites.com to encrypt your payment details utilising their Thawte SSL (secure socket layer) certificate.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you need to complain about our services and products, please contact clientservices@navigatortravel.co.uk or call 0161 973 6435 (9am-5pm Monday-Friday). Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We endeavour to resolve your complaint within 28 days and will keep you informed throughout the process. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact the underwriters or the insurance ombudsman at the adrresses shown on your policy document.
